It works by giving them a plug and play system that helps them leverage a skill they already have, Artificial Intelligence and the power of personal brands. Problem: Middle managers are an integral part of organizational health, which years of McKinsey research shows is linked to strong performance. But the problem is, most companies don't do enough to build the capability of their managers. These managers then often feel stuck (in the job and in their career) and end up quitting their job.Solution: LeaderSkills is an education product for employers on a tight budget to train their middle managers on the soft skills that'll help build their capability, make them an asset to the company/employers.

Mom's Comfort

Problem: New moms face a mix of physical, mental, and emotional challenges after having a baby. The demands of caring for a newborn can lead to high stress, poor sleep, and physical aches, all made worse by hormonal changes and often a sense of loneliness. Together, these issues can take a toll on a mom's well-being and overall quality of life.Solution: Weighted blankets offer new moms a sense of calm, helping to lower stress, improve sleep, and ease physical discomfort. The gentle pressure feels like a hug, creating small moments of self-care that support their physical recovery and emotional well-being during the postpartum period.
